Editing 21/10/13

In todays lesson we added the three scenarios in this order:

• Our main actor walking into shot and sitting next to the girl and putting his hand on her leg and then she slaps him.
• The main actor walks into shot, sits beside a girl and slides up really close to her and she pops a balloon in his face.
• Lastly the actor walks into shot, sits beside a couple and interrupts them and the girl pours water over his head.

We edited these scenarios so that there would be cutaways to lip syncing and dancing, instead of a continuous shots of these scenarios. Having the cutaways will keep the video flowing and will reinforce the fast paced music. It will also give the audience a variety of lip syncing and narrative to view. To cut the clips we used the razor tool and to mute the footage audio we clicked on the individual speaker icons to turn of the sound.
